Who we are & what this notice covers

Parentof Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for personal information collected through this corporate website’s enquiry and whitepaper-request forms. This notice covers those forms, website access and optional embedded media. Separate products, school programmes and research activities need their own notices and agreements; this website notice is not consent to those activities.

Information collected & purposes

• Enquiries: name, email address, role, country, area of interest and message, plus an optional school or organisation. Whitepaper requests also include your selected document. We use these details to review, respond to and follow up on your request.
• Consent records: submission reference, submission time, your affirmative consent and the privacy-notice version are saved with the enquiry.
• Website delivery: hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, browser information, access logs and necessary session information to deliver and protect the site.
• Your browser: we store your cookie preference, notice version and choice time locally for up to 180 days. Optional YouTube media is blocked until permitted.

Your choice at submission

We ask for an unchecked consent box before you send an enquiry. This authorises use of your supplied details for the request and related correspondence. It does not subscribe you to marketing or permit optional media cookies. You can decline the form and contact us by email instead. You can withdraw your consent at privacy@parentof.com; this does not affect processing already lawfully completed.

Recipients & service providers

Enquiries are stored in the site’s Cloudflare-hosted database and made available through a dashboard and export restricted to the site owner. Authorised Parentof personnel may use the information to address your request. Hosting, security, authentication and email providers may process information needed to provide their services. We do not sell enquiry information or use this form to enrol you in advertising audiences.

Retention & safeguards

We retain enquiry information for handling the request, necessary follow-up and any applicable legal obligations. Contact us for details of the retention applicable to your enquiry or to request deletion. Access restrictions, input validation and abuse controls protect this workflow; no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information that must be retained for a legal obligation or dispute may be kept for that purpose.

Children & sensitive information

The corporate enquiry forms are for adults. Do not include children’s names, assessment reports, health records or other sensitive details. If a request concerns a child, describe the general topic without identifying the child. Product-specific permissions and, where required, verifiable parental consent must be obtained separately before child-data processing.

International processing & rights

Service infrastructure and recipients may be located outside your country. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards depend on the processing and jurisdiction. We assess access, correction, deletion, withdrawal and other requests under the law that applies to you.

Cookies & external services

No advertising or analytics tracker is installed by this website. Optional embedded YouTube videos load only after media consent and a play request. External sites operate under their own notices. Review the cookie policy or change cookie preferences at any time.

Changes

The date at the top identifies this notice version. A change in optional-media purposes will require a new choice. Enquiry consent relates to the version recorded when you submit.
